How it all started. Why shoes?

As a professional ex-competitive dancer I have learnt the importance of choosing the right shoes for my dancing from an early age. Of course, poor performance will cost you a medal and long hours of training would be completely wasted. So nothing is left to chances. And having the right pair of shoes that fits well, slides effortlessly on the parquet floor, helps your posture and accentuates your feminine curves is a major part of the success.

Having also worked in the shoe industry fitting little kids with their first shoes or advising international Royal families on the latest shoe trends or bespoke footwear I realized that there was a complete lack of variety when it came to dancing shoes. So I decided I can combine all that knowledge to search and create beautiful shoes that fit like a glove, feel as comfortable as a bedroom sleeper but help you look a million dollars without breaking the bank.

I searched high and low, I traveled far afield, I listened and I shared my ideas. Sometimes I failed, but I tried again and again....and all my customers' feedback and encouragement helped me in my search to create extremely comfortable and well made quality footwear for social dancers. With dance scene growing day by day and new dance styles sprucing up with the same speed as a new iPhone version there is a demand for a variety to suit different needs.

Our collection is carefully chosen with real people in mind. I select very soft materials to wrap up your sore and tired feet like a blanket, to cushion every step you make, to protect and support, to help you last longer on the dance floor. We were pioneers in introducing special buffed leather soles that last longer and are perfect for any surface. World top dancers recommend leather soles for your social dance as their first choice, whether you dance Salsa, Tango, Bachata or Kizomba
